# AdRoll integration for Cometly

Send attributed conversions back to AdRoll with a server-side Conversion API.

Cometly's AdRoll Conversion API sends your attributed conversions back to AdRoll server-to-server — no browser pixel required. It's attribution-aware, so Cometly only forwards conversions it has already tied to an AdRoll click (matched on AdRoll's adct click ID), giving AdRoll cleaner signal to optimize toward the actions that actually grow revenue.

## What you can do

- Server-to-server AdRoll Conversion API with no reliance on a browser pixel
- Attribution-aware: only conversions matched to an AdRoll click (adct) are sent
- Map any Cometly event to the AdRoll event you want to report on
- Server access token encrypted at rest, never stored in plain text

## Setup (API Key)

1. Open the AdRoll integration in Cometly and go to Manage Data Sharing.
2. Turn on data sharing to enable the Conversion API.
3. Paste your AdRoll server access token for server-to-server conversions.
4. Map your Cometly events to the AdRoll events you want to fire.
5. Click Save to start sending newly attributed conversions to AdRoll.
