# Webhooks integration for Cometly

Send any event from any app into Cometly with a single URL.

Cometly gives you a unique webhook URL per event. Paste it into any tool that can fire HTTP POSTs and the data lands inside attribution reporting. Map fields to event properties, add filters, and you're done.

## Setup (Webhook)

1. In Cometly, create a new webhook event and copy the URL.
2. Paste the URL into the webhook settings of your source tool.
3. Send a test payload from the source tool.
4. In Cometly, map the incoming fields to event properties.
5. Activate the event and add filters if needed.
