Account Journey

### Account journeys, every contact in one view

B2B deals are won by buying committees, not individuals. Cometly rolls every contact at an account into a single timeline, so you see the VP who clicked the ad, the director who booked the demo, and the CFO who approved the deal, all in chronological order.

- One timeline per account Every contact's touchpoints merged into the order they actually happened.
- See the buying committee Roles, titles, and touch counts for every person involved in the deal.
- Credit the right channels Attribute revenue back to the ads, content, and reps that actually moved the account.

FAQ

## Account journeys: identity, stitching, and sales-ready views

Anonymous-to-known stitching, how far back timelines go, and rep permissions. Book a demo and we'll open a journey that matches your funnel complexity.

Talk to sales →

How is this different from HubSpot's contact timeline?

HubSpot's timeline shows what happened inside HubSpot. Account Journeys show every touchpoint, paid ads, page views, sessions across devices, emails, demos, deals, stitched into one timeline per account and per contact.

Can I see journeys for anonymous visitors?

Yes. Anonymous visitors are tracked by fingerprint. When they identify themselves later, all prior anonymous touchpoints get stitched to that identity automatically.

Can sales reps see this?

Yes. Add sales reps as users with view-only access. Most teams give SDRs and AEs access to journeys for accounts in their pipeline. AI-generated summaries make it scannable in 30 seconds.

How far back can I see?

As far back as your subscription has been active — Cometly's attribution windows go up to Lifetime, so a click from a year ago can still credit a deal you close tomorrow. Useful when you're running multi-month sales cycles.

Can I filter journeys by outcome?

Yes. Filter by closed-won, stalled, deal value, lifecycle stage, or any custom CRM property. Build dashboards showing the typical journey shape for your best customers.
