How It Works

  1. Choose a Trigger Type
    Select from contact, lead, or opportunity events — and specify whether you want to track when records are created or updated.
  2. Map to a Cometly Event
    Assign the CRM activity to a Cometly event like Lead, Opportunity, Closed Won, or your own custom event.
  3. Start Tracking
    Once the integration is active, Cometly will listen for changes in Close CRM and sync attribution data automatically.

Setup Instructions

  1. Go to Events Manager inside your Cometly workspace
  2. Click Create Event
  3. Select Close CRM as the integration
  4. Choose a default event (like lead) or create a custom event
  5. On the next screen:
    • Choose your trigger (e.g., Lead Created, Opportunity Updated)
    • Map the CRM fields to Cometly event fields
  6. Click Activate to start syncing sales activity with Cometly attribution
