What qualifies as Enterprise?

Most Enterprise customers are running $200K+/mo in ad spend across multiple ad accounts or brands, and need one or more of the following: Salesforce Apex triggers, modeled attribution tables in Snowflake / BigQuery / Redshift, a dedicated rep, or full procurement materials in hand before signing. ClickFunnels, Trainual, Design Pickle, and Instantly all run on Cometly Enterprise today.

What about GDPR and EU customers?

Cometly is GDPR-compliant. Data is hosted on AWS in US regions; transfers out of the EEA, UK, and Switzerland rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, plus encryption, pseudonymization, and data minimization at the platform layer. Our DPA is available pre-signed, and Prighter is our appointed EU/UK privacy representative. We work with EU-based customers like Instantly today.

How long does Salesforce setup take?

Setup is usually 2–3 calls over a few days. Your dedicated rep configures Salesforce Apex triggers for the lifecycle, opportunity, and custom-object events you want to attribute against. We recommend bringing whoever owns your Salesforce workflows to the call so the integration matches what you already run. Salesforce Enterprise, Unlimited, Developer, or Performance edition is required (plus the Author Apex permission).

Can we run multiple brands or business units under one account?

Yes, workspaces are built for this. Each workspace has its own pixel, integrations, audiences, and dashboards, perfect for portfolio companies, multi-brand SaaS, or agencies running paid media for several clients. Sessions are pooled across the org, so adding a brand never penalizes you in reporting.

Can we get data into our warehouse?

Yes. Your data team gets a clean cometly.attribution table in Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift — visitor, channel, campaign, MRR, LTV — ready to join against product usage, support, and finance data without bespoke ETL. Cometly sits next to your warehouse pipeline, so there's no need to rebuild touch stitching, identity resolution, or revenue attribution from raw clickstream. A 2-way API, webhooks, and CSV / Excel export are also available for ad-hoc pulls and custom pipelines.

Can AI agents query our attribution data?
