Which systems can Cometly send data to?
The most-used destinations are HubSpot, Salesforce, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, and any BI tool that reads from those. Beyond that, anything with an HTTP endpoint can subscribe, including Pipedrive, Klaviyo, Customer.io, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, and internal apps, through webhooks against Cometly's public events API or by pulling from the REST API on a schedule your team owns.
What attribution data actually shows up on a CRM record?
First-touch and last-touch source, attributed pipeline, influenced campaigns and weights, touch count, channel mix, and LTV / payback windows. Your team picks which fields land on the contact, deal, or opportunity, and the field set can differ by object so reps and RevOps each see what's useful to them.
How fast does data land downstream?
CRM and webhook destinations update in seconds as events fire. Warehouse refreshes are owned by your data team; most run hourly or daily through our public API or scheduled exports, so cadence stays in your hands instead of being gated behind a vendor scheduler. CSV / Excel export is available for one-off pulls or backfills.
Can I sync to a tool you don't natively support?
Yes. Anything that can receive a webhook or call a REST API can consume Cometly data, including Pipedrive, Zoho, Klaviyo, Customer.io, Calendly, OnceHub, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, and dozens more. Most setups take under an hour with a single CRM workflow or Zap on the receiving side.
How do I write Cometly fields into a CRM contact property?
Use the CRM's native workflow tools (HubSpot workflows, Salesforce flows / Apex, etc.) pointed at Cometly's public API to update the property. We have customers running this in production today, and it's the most common pattern teams use to keep contact records enriched without custom infrastructure.
Does this replace our warehouse pipeline or sit next to it?
It sits next to it. Cometly gives your data team a modeled attribution table they can join against product, support, and finance data in the warehouse, with no need to rebuild touch stitching, identity resolution, or revenue attribution from raw clickstream.
